The stated Lodge meeting place is at Freemasons' Hall, Great Queen Street, in London. The postal district is WC2, and the nearest Underground station is Holborn, on the Piccadilly Line. Meetings take place in one of the Lodge rooms provided; this varies according to demands of the many Lodges which meet there.

Regular Meetings take place in London three times each year: on the second Thursday in November, the second Thursday in February, and the first Thursday in May. Under normal circumstances, meetings start at 5 p.m., and the members leave at about 7 p.m. to dine together in a selected Hotel nearby.

Once each year an "Emergency Meeting" takes place in Cambridge, either at the Masonic Hall in Bateman Street, or in Trinity College. This is held on a Saturday afternoon, generally in June or July, and the members dine in College. On this occasion, many of the members stay overnight in College.
